Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole

Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Grits
Kraft Garlic Nippy Cheese
3/4 Stick of Butter
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
Paprika
Directions
Follow directions on the box for cooking grits. Remove from the fire and add 3/4 of a roll of Kraft Garlic Nippy Cheese broken into small crumbles & 3/4 stick butter. Beat well. Beat 2 eggs in a measuring cup and finish filling up the cup with milk. Add to grits and put in ungreased casserole uncovered.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 mins. Remove from oven, cover liberally with paprika and rest of the cheese, grated. Return to oven for 10 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
